PRICE & DISCOUNT:
You can view our products line up, availability and prices on the website. The catalogue and order list in pdf can also be downloaded from the Dealer Resources Page.
Discount will be given after account validation.

ORDER PROCESSING

  1. Please register your account at us.kineticmodel.com. You will then receive New Account Registration email from us. Next, our customer service will contact you for follow up.
  2. Orders shall be made online by adding items to the cart, then press the “checkout” button and review content and press the “place order” button to confirm the order.
  3. We will review the order and send you the invoice.
  4. After payment, we will ship out the order via our shipping partners.

PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer or checks.
You can pay by Visa or MasterCard via our online payment gateway.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our Bank's secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. The credit card information transfer is directly between you and our bank through secure server. KineticModel.com support the Verified by Visa program which provides an extra level of protection for online shopping. All charges paid via Visa/Master Credit Card will be in Hong Kong Dollars. We use the exchange rate of US$1 = HK$7.8.

Alternatively, you can fax us your credit card information with signature using our form to complete the order.

We offer FREE shipping charges for orders over US$150 for US orders


We ship orders via UPS Ground or Fedex to USA.
The delivery transit time will be 4 to 10 working days.
